Your online store builds itself from the products you already have in GetFloristPOS. Once your catalogue is in, you add your logo and shop details, choose which categories show, turn on delivery slots at checkout and publish. Web orders then land in the same order book as the counter, with stock deducted and the delivery booked. Allow about fifteen minutes, plus a minute for the store to go live.
Before you start
- Products are added or imported, with prices and, for your best sellers, photos.
- Delivery zones and time slots are set up, so customers can choose when flowers arrive.
- Your logo file and the colors you use on your shop sign or wrap.
- A payment processor account if you want to take card payments online. We are not a payment processor; the store works with yours.
Steps
-
Check your products are ready. Open Products → List products and make sure each item you want online has a clear name, a price and a photo. Products without photos still show, but they sell less. Hide anything that is counter-only, such as a design fee.
-
Open the online store settings. Go to Online store → Settings. This is where your store’s name, address, look and checkout rules live. Your store address is shown here; keep it handy for testing.
-
Add your logo, colors and shop details. Upload your logo and pick your main colors. Add the shop phone number, opening hours and a short line about your shop. Keep it plain: “Same-day delivery across Lahore until 2 pm” says more than a slogan.
-
Choose which categories to show. Select the categories that appear in the store menu, and their order. Lead with what sells: bouquets, then occasions, then plants and add-ons. Seasonal categories like Valentine’s or Eid can be switched on only for those weeks.
-
Turn on delivery date and slot at checkout. In the checkout settings, include the delivery date, time slot and card message fields, and enable delivery zones so the fee is added. Set a same-day cut-off so customers cannot book a slot you cannot reach.
-
Connect your payment method. Add your card processor details under the store’s payment settings, or offer pay on delivery and bank transfer where your market expects them. Card fees are between you and your processor.
-
Publish and place a test order. Switch the store to published, open it in a private browser window, and buy a low-priced item for delivery tomorrow. Confirm the order appears in Sell with the right date, slot, fee and card message, then cancel it.
Common problems
A product is missing from the store
Check that it is in a category you chose to show, that it is marked to display online, and that it has stock if out-of-stock items are hidden.
Checkout has no time-slot choice
The delivery fields were not added to checkout. Revisit step 5 and save again.
Prices look different from the counter
The store uses the location’s default selling price group. If you set trade prices as default by mistake, switch it back to retail.
I want my own domain and a designed site
The included store runs on a store address we provide. A managed florist website on your own domain, wired to your live catalogue and slots, is available as a separate service; see the website page for pricing.

Your store is live. Share the link on your social profiles and order confirmations, then read Take a delivery order so counter and phone orders follow the same slots your web customers see.
