FAQ
What features does florist software need?
At minimum: delivery orders booked into dates and time windows, a way to handle wire orders, arrangements priced from their stems, stock that tracks perishable dates and waste, and event orders with deposits. A counter checkout with card messages and add-ons, and an online store tied to the same stock, complete the picture. GetFloristPOS includes all of them.
Is every feature on every plan?
No. Bud covers checkout, delivery slots, perishable stock and the online store. Bloom adds the wire queue, event deposits, recipes, reminders and driver status. Garden adds locations, accounting, HRM and the API connector. The table on this page shows exactly which.
Do I need extra apps or plug-ins?
No marketplace of paid add-ons. Everything listed is part of the plan. Connections to outside systems, such as a wire network, are set up through the API connector on your demo.
Does it work offline?
GetFloristPOS is hosted and needs an internet connection. Keep a mobile hotspot as a backup for the counter; most shops already have one on the owner’s phone.
Can I try every feature in the trial?
Yes. The free trial opens Bloom features so you can test wire orders, recipes and events before choosing a plan.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Owners and drivers use the mobile app, and the full POS also runs in a phone or tablet browser.
Will you add features I need?
Tell us on your demo. We will say honestly whether it exists, is possible through the API connector, or is not on the plan, and we won’t promise dates we can’t keep.
Where do I start?
Start with delivery slots and your top twenty arrangements. Most shops add recipes and events in the second week, once the counter is comfortable.
The trial opens Bloom features: slots, wire queue, recipes and events. No card needed.
