Occasion reminders
Most flower orders repeat: the same anniversary, the same mother, every year. GetFloristPOS saves the occasion with the order and lists the follow-up before the date, so last year’s customer hears from you first.

Why do repeat occasions matter so much to a florist?
Flowers are bought for dates. A customer who sent roses for an anniversary will need them again in twelve months, and whoever reaches them first usually wins the order. Remembering is cheaper than advertising.
GetFloristPOS keeps that memory on the customer record, alongside their order history, delivery addresses, reward points and gift-card balance.

FAQ
What is a florist CRM with occasion reminders?
It is a customer list that remembers why people buy flowers: the birthday, the anniversary, last Valentine’s order. GetFloristPOS stores occasions on the customer and the CRM module lists follow-ups as they come due, so you can contact the customer before they think of another florist.
Do reminders send messages automatically?
The CRM lists follow-ups due and lets staff act on them. Automated texts and emails come with the GoHighLevel snapshot in the Shop-in-a-Box bundle, or through your own messaging tool. Only message customers who agreed to it.
Can I run a loyalty programme?
Yes. Reward points are earned on purchases and redeemed at the counter or online, with your own earn and redeem rates. Customer groups can get standing discounts, such as funeral homes or hotels.
Do you support gift cards?
Yes. Sell gift cards as products and accept them as a custom payment method at the counter. Balances are tracked per card.
Can I set up weekly office flowers?
Yes. Recurring sales (subscriptions) invoice a customer on a schedule, for example every Monday, and the delivery appears in that day’s slots.
Is customer data shared with anyone?
No. Your customer list is yours, hosted for you, exportable any time, and never sold or shared with other shops or networks. See security and privacy.
Which plan has occasion reminders?
Customer records and order history are on every plan. Occasion reminders (CRM follow-ups) and reward points are on Bloom and Garden.
Does this work in Arabic and Urdu?
Yes. Customer names and notes can be stored in any script, and receipts print in the customer’s language where you set it.
