Part card, part cash, part gift card. Card payments work through your own processor.

Payments: what we do and don’t do
GetFloristPOS records payments; it is not a payment processor. Card readers and online card payments work with your own merchant processor, so you keep your rates and your relationship. Cash, gift cards, store credit and custom methods (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa) are recorded at the counter.

- USA: sales tax by your rate set; delivery fees taxed per your state.
- UAE: prices with 5% VAT included; tax invoice layout with your TRN.
- Pakistan: sales tax added per your registration; Urdu receipts.
FAQ
What does flower shop checkout need that a normal POS lacks?
A flower shop checkout has to capture who the flowers are for, what the card says, and when and where they go, not just what was paid. GetFloristPOS adds the card message, delivery or pickup choice, time slot and add-ons to the sale in a few taps, then prints the enclosure card and the work ticket for the bench.
Which payment methods can I accept?
Cash, cards through your own processor (we do not process payments ourselves), gift cards, store credit and any custom method you add, such as bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa in Pakistan. Payments can be split across methods.
Can I sell on a tablet or phone?
Yes. The POS runs in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and there is a mobile app. A tablet on the counter with a receipt printer and cash drawer is the most common setup.
Does it work with my card reader?
Card readers work with your merchant processor. Tell us your processor on the demo and we will confirm how card payments are recorded in the POS. See the hardware guide for categories that work.
Can I add tips?
Tips are not typical at a flower counter, but you can add a gratuity line for delivery drivers if your shop uses one.
How do I handle discounts?
Discounts can be set by product, category or customer group, or entered by staff with permission. Manager approval can be required above a limit.
Can I close the register at the end of the day?
Yes. Open the register with a float, close it with a cash count by denomination, and print the register report showing cash, card and other methods.
Is counter checkout in every plan?
Yes, checkout with add-ons, card messages, gift cards and the register is on every plan, including Bud.
