The content on getfloristpos.com, including product pages, the help center, blog posts, comparison pages, calculators and guides, is published by GetFloristPOS (the legal entity named on your invoice) for general information about our point-of-sale software for florists. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is not a promise that the software will suit every shop, and it does not replace the written terms that apply to your account.

If anything on this site conflicts with our Terms of Service or with an order form or invoice you have accepted, those documents govern.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Some pages touch on sales tax, VAT, receipts, data protection, consumer law, card payments or employment. These are written to help florists understand what the software can do, not to tell you what the law requires of your business. Rules differ between US states, between the emirates of the UAE and between provinces of Pakistan, and they change. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Please speak to a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction before relying on it for a decision.

Estimates, examples and samples

• Time estimates. Figures such as “about 3 minutes to create your account” or “about 30 minutes to import 100 products” are estimates based on a typical shop. Your time will depend on your catalogue, your data and how you work.
• Savings calculator and price comparisons. Results are illustrations based on the numbers you enter and on public price listings we checked on the date shown. Competitors change their prices and plans; check their current terms yourself. Third-party names are used only to identify their products and do not imply any relationship with us.
• Sample reviews and example shops. Where a review, customer name or shop appears with a “Sample” label, it is illustrative, not a real customer statement.
• Industry figures. General figures, such as typical vase life for different stems, come from general industry guidance and vary with variety, season, handling and storage.

Integrations and third parties

GetFloristPOS can connect to other services, such as wire-order relay networks through our API connector, your own card processor, online store tools and messaging apps. These connections work by integration: we are not a partner of, or endorsed by, any relay network, card network or payment provider unless we say so in writing. Their availability, fees, rules and performance are set by those providers. Card payments are processed by your own processor; we are not a payment processor and do not hold your customers’ card funds.

Availability and results

We aim to keep the service and this website available and to fix problems promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular sales, delivery or stock result will follow from using the software. How you price, stock, staff and deliver remains your decision. Service levels and our liability are set out in the Terms of Service.
