Free 14-day trial, cancel any time, pro-rated annual refunds within 30 days of renewal, and how managed website setup fees are handled.

Summary

This policy explains when GetFloristPOS (the legal entity named on your invoice) charges you, how to cancel, and when you can get money back. In short:

  • You can try GetFloristPOS free for 14 days. You are not charged during the trial.
  • There is no long contract. You can cancel any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.
  • Annual plans can be refunded pro rata if you ask within 30 days of the annual renewal date. After that, annual fees are not refunded.
  • The managed website setup fee is non-refundable once design work has started.
  • We never charge a commission on your orders, and card payments for your shop go through your own processor, not through us.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Where it differs from the Terms on a refund question, this policy applies. Nothing in it removes rights you have under the law of the place where you are based.

The free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the plan you choose. During the trial you can set up your shop, import products, take test orders and publish your online store.

  • We do not charge your card during the trial.
  • If you add billing details and choose a plan, your first charge is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
  • If you do not add billing details, the trial simply ends and your account is paused. You can still sign in to export your data for a period described in the Terms of Service.

Because the trial is free, there is nothing to refund for the trial period itself.

Monthly billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each monthly period.

  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by asking our support desk.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops renewing. You are not charged again.
  • We do not give refunds or credits for unused days in a month, for unused registers or user seats, or for months in which you did not use the service.

If you downgrade from one plan to a lower one, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. If you upgrade, we charge the difference for the rest of the current period straight away.

Annual billing

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for twelve months. Annual billing costs the same as ten months of the monthly price, which is two months free.

  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and then does not renew.
  • Pro-rated refund window. If you ask for a refund within 30 days after an annual charge (including your first annual charge and each renewal), we will refund the unused part of that year, calculated from the date you ask, by whole months remaining. We do not deduct a fee for doing this.
  • After 30 days. Requests made more than 30 days after the annual charge are not refunded. Your plan continues until the end of the paid year.
  • We send a reminder before an annual plan renews so you have time to decide.

Example

You renew an annual Bloom plan on March 1 and ask to cancel with a refund on March 20. That is within 30 days, so we refund the eleven full months remaining. If you asked on April 15, you would be outside the window, the plan would run until the following March 1, and no refund would be due.

Extra locations and add-ons

Extra locations and other add-ons follow the billing period of the plan they are attached to. Removing an add-on stops it renewing at the end of the current period. Partial-period refunds for add-ons follow the same rules as the plan: none for monthly, pro rata within 30 days for annual.

Managed website and bundles

The managed florist website and the Shop-in-a-Box bundle include design work done by our team.

  • Setup fee. The one-time setup fee is refundable in full if you cancel before design work starts. Once our team has begun design work on your site (for example, by preparing a first layout or page draft), the setup fee is non-refundable, because that work has been done for you.
  • Monthly website fee. The ongoing website fee follows the monthly or annual rules above.
  • Bundles on annual billing. Where the setup fee was waived because you chose annual billing and you later receive a pro-rated annual refund, we may deduct the standard setup fee from the refund if design work had already started. We will show you the calculation before any refund is made.
  • Domain names registered on your behalf belong to you. Registration fees paid to a domain registrar cannot be refunded once the domain is registered.

Service problems

If the service is unavailable or does not work as described for a significant period and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us. We will look at each case fairly and may offer a service credit or a refund for the affected period, in addition to anything you are entitled to by law or under the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund or cancel

  • To cancel: use the billing section of your account settings, or contact our support desk and tell us the shop name and the account owner’s name.
  • To ask for a refund: use the contact form at /contact and choose billing as the subject. Tell us the shop name, the invoice date and why you are asking.

We will confirm cancellations in writing. For eligible refunds we reply within five business days and send the money back to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. We refund in the currency you paid in: USD, AED or PKR.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most billing questions can be sorted out quickly. If a chargeback is opened, we may pause the account until it is resolved so that we can respond to the bank. If a dispute is found in your favor, we will not charge you again for the disputed amount. If it is found in our favor, normal billing resumes.

Taxes and currency

Prices for the United Arab Emirates are shown inclusive of 5% VAT. A pro-rated refund on a UAE plan includes the matching share of VAT, and we issue a tax credit note where required. Prices for the United States and Pakistan are shown before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies; any refund includes the matching share of tax that we collected.

Your shop’s own refunds

This policy covers what you pay GetFloristPOS. Refunds that your shop gives to its own customers are your decision and are processed through your own card processor or payment method. The software lets you record refunds and returns, but we do not hold or move your customers’ money.

Your statutory rights

Consumer and commercial laws in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan may give you rights that this policy cannot exclude. Nothing here limits those rights. Most of our customers buy as businesses; where a law treats you as a consumer, the stronger protection applies. This policy is not legal advice.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes do not apply to a charge you have already paid. If we make a change that is less favorable to you, we will tell you before your next renewal. Questions can be sent through the contact form at /contact.
